Design notes
Our reading is that Grizzlegom moves the most interesting deckbuilding decision into the mana base. The lands are both infrastructure and the source of the attack rewards, so choosing them becomes part of the deck's identity. We would balance useful land types against the need to cast the red-green commander. Access to every land is an invitation to plan the mana base, not a requirement to make it as elaborate as possible.
Deckbuilding priorities
We would judge a land by both the mana it supplies and the basic land types Grizzlegom can count. Spara's Headquarters has Forest, Plains, and Island types, while Raffine's Tower has Plains, Island, and Swamp types; the any-land permission admits both despite their color identities. Dryad of the Ilysian Grove is already a legal green creature and makes lands you control every basic land type, linking normal red-green support to the commander's five attack payoffs. We would balance those rewards against the tapped lands and the need to cast the commander, while keeping the nonland portion within the normal red-green boundary.
