Other abilities
Its +1 supplies mana and can add a Gremlin when that mana casts an Aura. Its −3 trades your hand for cards based on your Auras and moves Auras attached to you onto opponents. Scryfall: The Unluckiest Planeswalker
Deck direction

Design notes
Our reading is that the narrow Aura permission preserves the character of a red commander while changing the tools around it. The interesting decision is which Auras support a single plan, not how many colors can fit in the list. We would make the Aura package and the loyalty abilities work toward the same outcome instead of treating every off-color Aura as automatically desirable.
Deckbuilding priorities
We would make the Aura exception serve a focused Curse plan rather than collect unrelated enchantments. Curse of Verbosity is a blue Aura Curse that rewards attacks on the enchanted player with card draw, and Curse of Disturbance is a black Aura Curse that rewards those attacks with Zombies. Both are eligible off-color Auras; Curse of Opulence is a red Aura Curse that already fits the commander's color identity and adds a Gold-token reward to the same attack incentive. We would combine that shared incentive with enough Auras to support the commander's loyalty abilities, rather than assume its exception applies to every enchantment.
